FREE Summer Fitness Series - Yoga with BREATHE Cambridge

Exercise the Mind & Body Summer Fitness Series!

Harvard Square’s beloved The Charles Hotel will launch its Summer 2024 Exercise the Mind and Body Fitness Series. Partnering with local fitness studios, BREATHE Cambridge, Fresh Pond Taiji, and Barre & Soul, hotel guests and the community are invited to enjoy a rotating list of complimentary classes, including Vinyasa Yoga, an introduction to Taiji, and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) Pilates.

Attendees are asked to meet in the Upper Courtyard, and are encouraged to bring their own reusable water bottle, yoga mat and/or towel to place over their mat for additional comfort, but a select number of yoga mats are available. Additional water is available for purchase at Henrietta’s Market if needed.

All outdoor events in Charles Square are weather dependent and based upon staff and partner availability. Our intention is to host weekly classes throughout the summer, but any unexpected scheduling changes will be posted on Instagram @CharlesHotel and on our website: www.thecharleshotel.com
