Join us on Saturday, July 11 from 12 PM-5 PM for the 4th Annual Neilson Park Creative Festival a free, family-friendly celebration of art, music, food and community!
Spend a summer afternoon exploring everything Neilson Park Creative Centre has to offer. Whether you're discovering local artists, enjoying live performances, creating with your family or simply relaxing in the park, there's something for everyone.
🎶 Live Music All Afternoon
Enjoy an exciting lineup of outdoor performances featuring soulful R&B, Roots Reggae, Jazz and more. Grab a seat and find a spot in the shade and enjoy great music throughout the day.
🛍️ Shop Local
Browse a vibrant outdoor marketplace featuring artists, makers and craftspeople offering original artwork, jewellery, ceramics, textiles, home décor, handmade gifts and more.
🎨 Plein-Air Painting Competition
Watch artists paint outdoors in real time as they capture the beauty of the grounds during our annual Plein-Air Painting Competition. Finished works will be exhibited and awards presented later in the afternoon.
🧒 Family Art Activities
Drop in for free hands-on art activities designed for children and families. Create, experiment and make something special to take home.
🏛️ Explore Art Indoors
Step inside the Centre to experience IMPACT 2026, NPCC's largest and most anticipated annual juried exhibition, featuring outstanding artwork from artists across the region. You'll also discover demonstrations and displays from NPCC's Resident Groups.

Take a break and enjoy delicious food and treats available throughout the day.
🚗 Free Admission & Parking
Admission is free, and free on-site and street parking are available. NPCC is a fully accessible venue with washrooms, seating areas and accessible entrances.
