WERQ is a supportive space where you can come to feel challenged and inspired, meet new friends and sweat it all out on the dance floor. We guarantee you’ll leave feeling stronger from the inside-out.
Our WERQouts are designed for every body. This isn’t just about burning calories and crushing goals. It’s about showing up and celebrating each other through dance. We want you to feel empowered, entertained, and full of love for your body!
Join us for a 45 minute sweat-drenching dance party previewing what a WERQ dance fitness class is like. We’ll have a head to toe dancer warm-up, a mix of hip hop and cardio dances choreographed to trending music, and a dancer cool-down, all modified for all fitness levels. Wear sneakers, workout clothes and bring a water bottle / sweat towel.
Show up early - spots will be given on a first come first served, so please hit “Attending” if you’re coming so we can get an accurate count.
Wear bright colors / beachy WERQout clothes. When in doubt, wear PURPLE!
