Looking to boost your recovery in a friendly, supportive space? Join our FREE stroke exercise group on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4-5 PM where you can get moving and meet others on the same journey. This is an in-person, 6-week group designed to help improve strength, balance, and confidence in ALL stages of stroke recovery. No exercise experience required.
