You'll move through calming breathing and stretching exercises to help relax these muscles and support your overall well-being.

About the Instructor:

Diana Blaney is a pelvic floor physiotherapist with nine years of experience working in pediatric and maternal health and pelvic rehabilitation. She supports individuals experiencing pelvic pain, incontinence, constipation, sexual discomfort, and postpartum challenges. Diana provides compassionate, evidence-based care in a movement-focused setting.

What to bring:

A pilates or yoga mat, comfortable clothing and a water bottle.
