Southside Medical Center will offer FREE sports physicals for middle and high school athletes on the following dates:
• Wednesday, July 1
• Wednesday, July 22
⏰ 9 a.m.-3 p.m.
✅ Scheduled appointments preferred; walk-ins welcome

Sports physicals are free only on the specified dates and times above. On all other days, sports physicals are $44, with payment due at time of service.
Need a wellness exam too? The sports physical form can be completed during that visit! Most insurance plans cover one wellness exam per calendar year at no cost. Call to schedule a wellness exam appointment.
