Join us for the Grand Opening of the Sound Bath Studio at the Katy Rock Shop on September 12th (10am-4pm). Experience our new meditation space with FREE 20‑minute sound bath sessions offered every hour throughout the day. RSVP for your session asap, because while walk ins are welcome, we have capacity for only 8 people in each session.
Each session blends crystal singing bowls, guided relaxation, and a science‑informed approach to mindfulness — perfect for stress relief, emotional reset, and exploring the benefits of sound‑based wellness.
