Join us for an immersive Sound Bath Series at the beautiful Altered States Wellness Glade Parks on the last Sunday of every month. This experience is led by a holographic sound practitioner and invites you to relax, unwind, and soak in soothing sounds and healing frequencies that promote deep relaxation.
