Offered for free on Monday, December 2nd by Somatic Practitioner Heidi Potton, The Healing Circle is a free community gathering that integrates somatic movements and mindfulness meditation to support recovery from the everyday addictive behaviors and patterns in our lives.This space offers an opportunity to connect, reflect, and engage in a deeper commitment to personal healing and growth.
Open to everyone, this program is rooted in the belief that we are all whole, complete, and deserving individuals. By recognizing and celebrating the innate goodness, joy, and wisdom within each of us, we support and uplift one another.
Anonymity and confidentiality are fundamental principles of this group and essential to creating a safe space.
Session includes:
+15-minute somatic movement flow
+15 minutes of sitting meditation.
+ A short reading is shared with the group, and the floor is then opened for discussion and sharing.
+ The session concludes with a closing dedication.
