Free Social Fitness Class

Looking for a fun, approachable way to get moving and connect with others? Our Social Team Fitness Classes are designed to help you stay active while having a great time—no matter your fitness level. Led by our dynamic instructor Chelsea, these free classes combine exercise with a gamified twist to make movement feel fresh and fun.

Here’s what to expect:

• Team Challenges: Work in pairs, trios, or larger groups for engaging activities that keep everyone involved.
• Creative Workouts: Dice rolls, friendly competitions, and surprise tasks keep every session exciting and unique.
• Warm-Ups & Cool-Downs: Start strong and finish refreshed with proper stretches and restorative movements.

This is more than just fitness—it’s about having fun, feeling good, and building community.

The event is free to attend, but we appreciate and recommend a $5 donation to help cover the cost of the instructor and facility expenses for this event.
