Dance Freely. Lift Heavy.
Maize Recreation Commission and SHiNE in Wichita are offering this free class to the community on Friday, August 22nd at 6:00PM. You just need to show up (bring your mat) and sign a waiver to participate. Easy peasy. Class is for ages 14+, please.
Here's what to expect:
Get the best of both worlds at this SHiNE + UPLIFT class!
Optional: Wear your workout clothes that will glow under black lights (white, neon, etc.)
Class will begin with UPLIFT Strength Training where we utilize equipment such as dumb bells and resistance bands while we get stronger lifting to amazing iconic music. Please bring a mat. All other equipment provided for class.
Then we will transition to SHiNE Dance Fitness which uses original choreography rooted in jazz, ballet and hip hop set to current top-40 music. Cardio has never been so much fun!
