September 10th is Suicide Prevention Day, a time to raise awareness, reduce stigma, and hold space for the reality that so many people silently struggle. Every life matters. Every voice deserves to be heard.
This special Serenity Sound Bath is held in gentle honour of World Suicide Prevention Day, with deep intention to support mental wellbeing, nervous system regulation, and inner peace. It’s not a solution, but a space, to exhale, to reconnect, and to be reminded that you’re not alone.
This is a free event, but if your able, donations will be appreciated. We will be raising awareness and donations for Salisbury Mental Heath Gala, a local mental health charity offering vital services to our community.
I hold this event especially close to my heart, as I have very personal experience, in 2014, I almost lost my life to this mental health condition. Since then, it’s been a passion of mine to spread awareness, offer safe spaces, and help as many people as possible know that they do have value in this life… and that they do deserve to experience the happiness life has to offer.
We’ll begin with grounding breathwork and a short meditation, followed by an immersive sound journey using crystal bowls, chimes, and sacred tones, designed to soothe, support emotional release, and settle the mind.
This event is open to all. Whether you’re navigating grief, holding space for someone you love, or simply seeking rest in a world that often overwhelms, you’re welcome here.
Please bring: A mat, blanket, pillow, and anything that helps you feel safe and comfortable.
Important: This space is non-clinical and not a replacement for professional mental health support, but it can be a powerful complement.
Together, let’s hold a soft moment of silence, connection, and care, because every life is precious, and none of us are in this alone.
