In this free, interactive workshop for members of the Mebane Business Association and Downtown Mebane Development Corporation, entrepreneurs and business owners will step back from the daily grind to focus on what truly fuels long-term success: their mindset, well-being, and capacity to lead well without burning out.
Attendees will explore:
•How mindset directly shapes decisions, energy, and business outcomes—and how to spot the thought patterns that quietly drain motivation and focus.
•Why self-care is a strategic advantage, not a luxury, and how small, intentional practices can increase clarity, creativity, and resilience.
•How to design a sustainable work/life rhythm that fits real business demands, real families, and real seasons—not an unrealistic ideal.
This is not a lecture or a “one more thing to add to your to-do list.” It’s a guided experience that helps business owners name what’s happening, identify what needs to change, and choose what matters most.
