We here at Bristol Jiu Jitsu want to share our expertise with our community! In this seminar, your student will get a basic grappling understanding as well as learn important concepts for self-defense. Come in to have a great time learning new things, and if you enjoy your time here with us we accept new students year-round. Just one seminar, 2 hours of your time, can keep your child safe.
