Welcome to FREE Self Defense Class! A Wellness Class hosted by Ann Sanchez. Join us on Wednesday, December 17th, 2025 at 6:00 PM at s SOTX(South Texas Brazilian Jiu Jitsu .

Join us for a 60min Self Defense Class 💪

Participants are encouraged to bring a friend or family member. Together, we'll create a supportive environment that promotes healing and empowerment through movement.

At this Wellness event, we'll explore the world of Self-Defense and protection led by ANN SANCHEZ. An event dedicated to supplying women the skills to survive in a violent world. This special session focuses on strength, resilience, and community, all while raising awareness about the impact of domestic violence. The class will be recorded to help bring awareness to the Rio Grande Valley that there are programs available to teach girls and women how to protect themselves and loved ones.

What to Expect:

Beginner Friendly class. We have a 60min Self Defense class.

What to Bring:

Come in exercise clothes. Just bring yourself, maybe a friend or two, & Most importantly GREAT energy :)!
