Join us for an energetic, hands-on wellness event for youth ages 5–15! Through games, crafts, and interactive activity stations, families will explore healthy habits like eating five fruits and vegetables a day, limiting screen time to two hours or less, getting at least one hour of physical activity, and choosing zero sugary drinks. This program is presented by the Ottawa County Department of Public Health. The Holland Museum is open the second Monday of every month from 4 to 7 pm with free admission for all visitors.
