Join us at Park Theatre for a free, hands-on CPR training designed to give you the confidence to step in when it matters most.
Led by Holland Heart Safe, this session covers:
• Hands-only CPR
• How to use an AED (Automated External Defibrillator)
• The basics of responding in an emergency
No prior experience needed—just come ready to learn.
What is a HeartSafe Community?
A HeartSafe Community is focused on saving lives—through CPR training, access to AEDs, and ongoing heart-healthy initiatives that prepare more people to act in critical moments.
