Free School & Sports Physicals

This event is intended for middle school and high school students.

Physicals will be performed on a first come, first serve basis from 5:30 to 8pm.

A parent or guardian must be present to provide consent.

Iowa Ortho will provide all necessary paperwork for athletics participation.

There are no costs associated to the physicals, but we will accept free-will donations, which will be given to the MercyOne Resident Wellness Program.
