Free Run Club @ Hollow Rocks Islington - Every Wednesday @7pm

Hollow Rocks Run Club is free for everyone to attend and happens every Wednesday - this is a sociable and fun session with a relaxed vibe.

Groups are streamed into the runners, the people who want to do a mix of walking and running and those who just want to walk and talk.

Each week we do a different type of run as follows:

1st Wednesday - The Easy One: 3K + 10 minutes warm up / cool down
2nd Wednesday- The Quick One: Sprint Sets
3rd Wednesday - The Long One: A conversational 5K
4th Wednesday - The Longer One: 8K (with 5K option)

For those who arrive at least 15 minutes earlier a free juice shot of Ginger, Turmeric and Cayenne Pepper is on the house!

Changing rooms are available and bag drop also.

Relevant to people looking to improve their overall running and general fitness, as well as those just wanting to get moving and have a chat with some friends.
