Adulting on the Spectrum: Life Skills for Thriving with Neurodiversity Currently in the U.S 80% of young adults with autism are unemployed or underemployed. Parents will learn to equip young adults with autism for relationships and employment by developing talents, understanding workplace culture, finding mentors, learning emotional regulation, and self-efficacy.
