*Prior Registration is Required*Learn the subtle yet powerful art of myofascial release self-treatment and find relief from aches, pains and stiffness. Open your fascial system to increased range of motion, strength and sensitivity. Each client will leave with at least two unique treatment techniques they can use to help them live life at Peak Performance via fascial decompression. Participants are encouraged to bring a towel or yoga matt and a bottle of water.
