Reiki is an alternative healing method that reduces stress and promotes relaxation through a gentle non-invasive technique using hand placement on or near the body to help facilitate a deep meditative state. It helps promote emotional and psychological wellbeing along with physical health.
Sessions are available for free every Monday from 10:30am to 12pm, and Wednesdays from 10:30am to 3pm. Fridays Chakra Clearings are from 1pm to 4pm.
