Join Kait Lewis of Sa Ha Ho Reiki for a 30 minute one on one Reiki session to support your well-being. This energy healing is known to reduce stress, anxiety and pain, as well as improve sleep. Space is limited to four people at thirty minute intervals. Please register online to secure your spot and Thrive Yoga will reach out to confirm your thirty minute spot.
This clinic will also be offered in May, August and November. If you do not get a spot this time, keep an eye out for the next one! To ensure that as many people benefit from these clinics as possible, please limit your registrations to one per year.
