Mandatory Attendance: All three sessions are required for certification.
What to Wear: Comfortable exercise or athletic attire.
R.A.D. is an internationally recognized program that teaches awareness, prevention, and risk reduction for women. Our hands-on training will equip you with the skills and confidence to stay safe.
