Join us for Dragon & Tiger Qigong
Would you like to learn a fun and accessible movement practice that can relax your body calm your mind and improve your health and vitality? If so stop by and join us for a free 6 week session of Dragon & Tiger Qigong for Beginners taught by Senior Instructor Craig Barnes.
What is Dragon & Tiger Qigong?
Dragon and Tiger Qigong is one of the most direct and accessible low-impact qigong healing methods that China has produced. This 1500-year-old qigong set is ideal for beginners and those looking to get a sense of qi (energy) in the body and how to use it. The seven simple movements of this qigong set can be done by virtually anyone whatever their age or state of health. These movements are easy to learn and with a relatively small commitment—just 15 minutes of practice per day—can produce long-lasting health benefits and stress relief.
How do I sign-up?
No pre-registration is required! You can simply arrive for class.
