The two nights

Night 1 — Build Your Webinar

Thursday 29 October, 7:00PM–10:00PM

The business model behind a webinar, then straight into building yours: your one-page blueprint, your signature framework, your three-minute opening, and slides that support you instead of speaking for you. The night closes with a five-minute mini-webinar in front of the room.

Night 2 — Set Up, Present & Convert

Friday 30 October, 7:00PM–10:00PM

Delivery and conversion. Your full tech station built and tested live — Zoom, screen share, presenter view, lighting, audio, camera. Camera presence, voice and audience engagement. Then the part most people never practise: moving from teaching to offer, and building the offer itself.

Your trainers

Ching Yu Tan — The Intention Translator. AI consultant, educator and corporate trainer. HRDC-accredited and creator of the AI Intention Matrix, with twelve years of consulting and corporate training since 2012, including innovation and transformation work with Microsoft, Schneider Electric, Watsons and Sarawak Energy.

John Chong — Co-Founder of Scalendo and event strategist. Seventeen years and more than 4,000 events since 2009, reaching participants across 24 countries. Creator of the SPEF System — Strategic Partnerships and Event Funnels — and has worked on events featuring Richard Branson, Tony Robbins and Robert Kiyosaki.

Both trainers are in the room, both nights.
