I've been teaching Prenatal Yoga for 4 years, and I always love meeting new future mamas. So let's get together for some free Prenatal Yoga! I offer lots of modifications, fun music, and breathing exercises, and I love answer questions. Fun fact: I taught the last class of my first series about 6 hours before going into labor, so definitely come even if you're close to that due date :)
We will meet near Rock Island, a short walk from the parking lot.
