We offer FREE in-person and online prenatal classes for Simcoe Muskoka residents. (For non-Simcoe Muskoka residents, please feel free to register for the Self-Guided Online Prenatal Classes).Thank goodness you have nine months to prepare! If prenatal classes are on your pregnancy to-do list, let us help you check it off!

Public health nurses will help you learn about labour and birth and how to care for yourself and your family in the days after your baby is born such as:
-Labour and Birth (labour, comfort techniques, medical procedures)
-After Baby is Born (breastfeeding, newborn care, postpartum)
In-person prenatal classes provide an opportunity to:
-Meet other pregnant people and families
-Talk about pregnancy, birth, and newborns
-Get answers to your questions and concerns from a public health nurse

To Register:
Classes fill quickly. Call early in your pregnancy to register. To register, call the health unit Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at 705-721-7520 or 1-877-721-7520.
