Every other Wednesday in October and November, the library hosts a series of 4 free Pregnancy & Childbirth Care Classes, taught by doulas Jessica Nelson & TaKara St. Clair. All classes are drop-in, no registration required. Oct. 8: Comfort Measures for Birth; Oct. 22: Setting Up a Birth Plan. Nov. 5: Labor & Birth Prep; Nov. 19: Interventions & Cesareans. All classes start at 5:30 pm.
