Flow through your practice with the sun on your face (or sheltered under the pavilion if it rains), then unwind with refreshing mimosas and a delicious Sunday brunch. It’s the perfect combination of relaxation, fun, and flavor to set the tone for your week ahead.

🧘♀️ No pre-registration required—just show up, mat, blocks, or straps are available to borrow (first come, first serve), and let’s flow!
💝Gratuities are never expected, but always appreciated! All tips go towards supporting our mission trip to teach English in Laos for 5 weeks January 2028. Stretch, flow, and give back with us!
