Our beginner classes are suitable for all! We will take you, whatever your age, body shape, or fitness and dance background might be.
Our classes are fun, and designed to be achievable for all. Something that you can't wait to start, and don't want to stop. Your weekly bit of 'me' time, your sanity plan!
Every week we give you a fun way to challenge your body, in order to build strength, dance, and have fun in an inclusive, motivational and supportive environment.

And then if you like it, we will have a place on our beginner course the following week for you.
