About the instructor:

Lindsey entered the fitness and wellness industry in 2008 through Zumba. Exercise in disguise! With a theater and dance background it was a perfect match. After she began teaching she was asked many times if she did personal training, so she obtained her personal training certificate and began to focus on functional training. FUNctional training as she likes to refer to it.

She completed her Comprehensive Pilates Certification through Pilates Sports Center and still loves to bring her background in functional training to her sessions. She is also a National Board Certified Health and Well-being Coach and loves to help people work through the Mind/Body connection.
