This class is a great introduction to Pilates in a welcoming environment. I will have free Pilates in the Park classes almost every Sunday at 10am until November! 🌅
I offer paid classes every Tuesday at 5:30pm at the Hagerstown Fieldhouse (you don’t have to be a member- drop in at the front desk).
I will begin to offer additional paid classes in October that I’m super excited about- waiting for final details to post!
