Whether you're a beginner looking to learn the basics or an advanced practitioner seeking to refine your technique, by emphasising safety, creativity, and personal growth, we empower our students to overcome obstacles, push boundaries, and truly actualise their parkour potential!
Actualise Parkour was founded by Alex Grinter, who discovered the transformative power of Parkour as a teenager. It boosted his confidence and provided a sense of purpose as he struggled academically and felt out of place in school. Inspired by his own experiences, Alex became determined to share the benefits of Parkour with others.
Requirements: Wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothing and a pair of trainers.
