Free 12-Week Non-Contact Boxing Clinic for Parkinson’s Athletes & Seniors (65+)Gregory Boxing DuPage is proud to offer a 12-week non-contact boxing clinic designed specifically for Parkinson’s athletes and adults age 65 and older. This program focuses on improving balance, strength, coordination, confidence, and overall quality of life in a safe, supportive, and professionally coached environment.
To ensure individualized attention and safety, class size is capped at 16 participants. As part of our inaugural launch, the first 16 participants will receive the full 12-week program completely FREE, with no obligation, no contracts, and no pressure to continue afterward.
This clinic is ideal for:
• Individuals diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease
• Seniors age 65+ seeking improved balance and strength
No boxing experience or athletic background is required.
🗓 Duration: 12 weeks
⏰ Schedule: Mondays & Fridays, 8:00–9:00 AM
👥 Class Size: Limited to 16 participants
