Come for the flow, stay for the vibes! We'll do a yummy yoga class under a majestic tree, and then stay for the beach a stone's throw away.About this Event
Come move with me (@sofivila) and my community on Sundays at 9am at Crandon Park Gardens. After flowing and relaxing, we'll be taking the vibes a stone's throw away to Crandon Beach, enjoying music, ocean breeze, and good company.
What to expect:
Park Yoga
- a 60 minute all levels vinyasa yoga class
- a gorgeous green space full of wildlife (birds, dragonflies, turtles, and gators!)
- see people you love, or make new friends!
- all around immaculate vibes
Beach Social
- stay for the vibes! we'll be hanging out at the beach post-yoga with great music and even better company :)
What to bring:
- yourself
- a mat, blanket, or towel
- water
- snacks
- posi vibes

- Park as close as you can to the park office gatehouse. The gardens are right next to it!
