About this Event
A 4-part interactive parenting workshop where parents can learn to identify and navigate:
- Pregnancy hormonal changes
- Learn how to de-stress intentionally & prioritize self-care
- Learn different ways moms/dads/parents can best support each other
Week 1: Friday October 23rd
Week 2: Friday October 30th
Week 3: Friday November 6th
Week 4: Friday November 13
Instructor : Alicia Nebblett-Roberts FNP BC, PMHNP-BC/Childbirth Now
Alicia is a board-certified Family and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, doula, and childbirth educator with over 14 years of experience in women's health, labor and delivery, postpartum care, and mental wellness. She combines clinical expertise with compassionate guidance to empower familes with confidence and clarity throughout the maternity journey.
