FREE Outdoor Yoga & Coffee Social at Food Factory Oviedo

Join us for a sunny morning of outdoor yoga in the courtyard of Food Factory located by Oviedo on the Park!

Our incredible instructor Caitlin will lead a warm flow accessible to all levels.

Bring a mat, sunscreen, hat, a towel (you may get a little sweaty), and a friend! Participation is FREE for this event, but advanced registration is highly recommended.
