Free Outdoor Sound Bath - Carpe Noctem

Bring a yoga mat, blankets, pillows, or whatever else you need to relax, and bundle up! The sound healing will occur on the lawn in front of Yoga Six at Liberty Station, behind the Trader Joe's & Cold Stone Creamery. This event is FREE to the public, you can get a ticket or show up.

This is a monthly event with Yoga Six Point Loma. Starting in September, we bring the Sound Bath back into the studio.
