🌿 Free Outdoor Pilates in Graz this Thursday!
Hi, I’m Monika! I’m kicking off the outdoor season of my Functional Pilates-based trainings in Augarten—and everyBODY is welcome to attend the first session for FREE! 🎉
What to expect:
✨ A thorough warm-up followed by Pilates and functional exercises
✨ Props galore! (Stretchy bands, Pilates rings, balls, swing sticks, foam rollers—you name it, I’ve got it!)
✨ All you need to bring: A mat, water (and your good vibes!)
First session is
📅 When: Thursday 21st May 2026 at 7:30 PM
📍 Where: Augarten, by the adult fitness area next to the pool
I love to sweat, laugh, and move—because movement should feel good in your skin, not look a certain way. Classes are in English, and no experience is needed.
