Join us at Lake Lansing Park South in Haslett for a free outdoor barre3 Signature class! Grab a friend and meet us there on Wednesday, June 24 at 7:30pm- all you need to bring is a yoga mat/towel and water. After class, head across the street and enjoy $1 off ice cream at The Corner Spot! 🍦
This low-impact, full-body class features strength, cardio and mindfulness - all fitness levels welcome! Please note the park does charge a small entry fee.
