The open enrollment process is confusing. The team at Door County Medical Center’s Patient Financial Services Department can help! Call (920) 746-0409 to make an appointment between November 1st, 2026 through January 15th, 2027. Appointments are required.
To prepare for your appointment bring along social security numbers and dates of birth for all immediate family members, most recent tax return or proof of income, email address, and healthcare.gov sign in info.
Help is free. Use a computer in our conference room. Certified Application Counselors will be there to help guide you from start to finish. Appointments are available M-F 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. (arrangements can be made outside these hours upon request).
