Back after a four year hiatus, we are delighted to announce the return of our Free Open Air Yoga at Conference Square, next to One Spa and the EICC!This 60 minute class is suitable for all levels, from beginner too advanced. The practice will include a sequence of standing, balancing and floor poses to give a full body stretch, with a strong focus on breathing to calm the mind.
We will open up large sliding doors along one wall of the studio overlooking the large pedestrian square. You are welcome to practice inside the studio, or outside in the square.
We are grateful to Lululemon who are providing us with some Yoga mats to use at the event, so we will have a limited number of mats available, however if you have your own Yoga mat, please bring it if possible!
This event always attracts a large number of wonderful people who come along to move, breathe and stretch together. You would be very welcome to join us!
We recommend wearing stretchy clothing which allows you to move, bring water, sunscreen and some warm layers to make sure you stay comfortable through your practice. As we will be practicing outdoors on the square, you might prefer to keep your shoes on during practice, and a small folded towel could give some extra protection for your knees.
Please note that by signing up to this large group class, you are confirming your ability to participate in a large group Yoga practice. Please do check with your medical practitioner if you have any concerns about your ability to practice.
