Join us for a weekly outdoor walking and fitness class for all parents.About this Event
Our sessions are only available to families who live within EH6/EH7 and must have at least one child under 5 years of age.
Outdoor buggy fitness class with Roz, a qualified post-natal coach. This group meets at the Dr Bell's centre before heading over to Pilrig Park. It is an opportunity to meet other parents and to take part in a physical activity.
Parents must be at least 2 months post-partum and have had their post natal check.
Suitable for babies under 1.
