Romero filmed NIGHT OF THE LIVING DEAD on nights and weekends, all the while making industrial films and television commercials at the Latent Image, a company he started with friends from college...Join us Monday, October 27th, for the final screening of our film series: NIGHT OF THE LIVING DEAD, including examples of some of Romero's best work for the Latent Image from this period!
6:30PM: Doors open! Enjoy drinks in the Showroom, and pre-show entertainment in the black box...
7:00PM: A selection of industrial films and television commercials directed by George A. Romero for the Latent Image!
8:00PM: NIGHT OF THE LIVING DEAD (We will be showing the latest digital restoration by MoMA and the Film Foundation, overseen by Romero shortly before his death)
This free screening series is a partnership between MARMIA and Motor House. Screenings are held in the black box, with drinks and snacks available in the Showroom all night long! $5 suggested donation. Motor House is located at 120 W. North Ave.
