What is Free Dance Class and Somatic Movement?

What if your body already knows how to dance and has always known?

This class is an invitation to step away from choreography, technique, and expectation, and return to something simpler: the natural intelligence of your own movement.

As a professional ballet dancer and choreographer with more than 20 years across classical ballet, contemporary dance and conscious movement practices, I understand the body from the inside out not just as an instrument of technique, but as a source of intelligence, expression and healing.

Through gentle somatic practices, in my classes we create the conditions for the body to unwind and express itself freely. Each session is different, because each body in each moment creates its own unique choreography. There is no routine to follow, no steps to memorise, no right or wrong way to move.
