What to Expect:

🏋️ Group Workout (8:30am - 9:30am) Kick off your morning with an energizing group workout (all levels welcome.) Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just getting started, come ready to move, sweat, and have fun alongside an amazing community of women.

🛍️ Community & Vendor Connection (9:30am - 10:30am) After the workout, the floor opens up for you to shop, connect, and celebrate! Enjoy offerings from our incredible local vendors:
