Join us for Yoga at the Birdwing the FIRST and THIRD Sunday of every month!
Are you ready to unwind and find your inner zen? Come join us for a rejuvenating yoga session amidst the serene surroundings of the San Dieguito Lagoon.
With each pose we contribute to a community dedicated to conservation education and recreation fostering a deeper connection with the beautiful ecosystem that surrounds us.
Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a beginner looking to explore the practice this event is open to all. Our experienced instructor(s) will guide you through a series of gentle stretches postures and breathing exercises to help you relax and reconnect with your body and mind.
Immerse yourself in the tranquil atmosphere of the Birdwing Open Air Classroom surrounded by lush greenery and the soothing sounds of nature. Leave your worries behind as you focus on your breath and find your balance.
Don't forget to bring your own yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement. Water bottles and towels are also recommended to keep you hydrated throughout the session. Please note this practice is outside on the dirt.
