FREE, MONTHLY MENTAL WELLNESS WORKSHOPS

Join us each month when we share a welcoming space to discuss topics that everyone can relate to & connect with others all while enjoying a freshly-steeped or iced cup of tea along with a snack.

During these in-person workshops designed for Teens & Adults, you'll have the opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals, share ideas, & learn from one another. Express yourself freely without judgement & learn how to survive life with gratitude & confidence.

"No Parents Allowed" Workshop for Teens (12-17) offers a great atmosphere to discuss topics such as procrastination, dealing with stress, & self-esteem. This workshop is designed to engage & motivate teens to see things through their peers' perspectives as well as learn tips & tricks for getting through the day easier.

"Adulting" Workshop for Adults (18+) offers much-needed "Me Time" as well as the opportunity to meet other adults who are in various stages of "adulting." This workshop is unique in that, its wide scope from young adults' to older adults' view points, allows the benefit of many different life experiences. A recent high school graduate can gain insight from an established college student who's studying their field of interest. A new parent in their 30s can feel heard & supported by an older parent of grown children. It's the perfect way to stay connected through life's journey.

"Just Be" Restorative Yoga Workshop for Adults (18+) offers a peaceful & easy practice to end your busy week. Leave your stress at the door & enter with ease as our fabulous Certified Yoga Instructor welcomes you into a space like no other. Roll out your yoga mat & enjoy a cup of tea & a snack. You'll leave feeling so relaxed & happy that you came.
