MixxedFit® is a people-inspired fitness program that combines explosive dance movements with bodyweight toning. Everything about is explosive - all the moves are big, exaggerated, full out, and fun to get into. Expect to hear your favorite radio and club hits, and be ready to lost in the music.
We are people-inspired. Our workouts are created and carefully crafted with you, our community in mind. Our instructors are leaders in the community and pride themselves in volunteering, fundraising, and making a difference in our community.
We play all genres of music. You will hear hits from Top 40, R&B, Hip Hop, Reggae, and everything in between.
Our moves are repetitive and easy to follow. Focus on the dance work rather than complicated choreo.
We incorporate body weight toning. You will perform effective body-weight exercises that will tone and sculpt your body.
Everything we do is EXPLOSIVE. All movements are big, exaggerated, and our best!
